The terrace brings a relaxed, Mediterranean feel with terracotta tones and an open-air setting that’s warm, inviting and perfect for social gatherings.
Inside, the Manapan Room offers a more intimate experience, centred around a handcrafted table from Arnhem Land, surrounded by rich textures and finishes.
The Quarry Room expands the offering with a larger, versatile space featuring its own private bar, carpeted floors and screens ideal for bigger groups, presentations or more structured events.

The Quarry Room is a spacious, versatile function area designed for larger groups and more structured events. With its own private bar, carpeted floors and multiple screens for AV, it balances comfort with functionality.
Whether you’re hosting a presentation, celebration or corporate gathering, the space can be configured to suit your needs — offering a more contained environment while still carrying The Kent’s warm, social atmosphere.
MANAPAN ROOM
The Manapan Room is The Kent’s most intimate and character-filled space — designed for smaller gatherings that call for something special.
Centred around a handcrafted Manapan table from Arnhem Land, the room brings together rich materials, layered textures and a warm, considered palette.
Tiled, wallpapered and thoughtfully detailed, it offers a private dining experience that feels both elevated and welcoming.
Ideal for long lunches, dinners and special occasions.
TERRACE
The Terrace offers a relaxed, open-air setting with a warm Mediterranean feel, perfect for casual gatherings and social occasions. With terracotta tones and comfortable seating, it’s designed for long afternoons and easy evenings with a drink in hand.
Light-filled and inviting, the space can be styled for both stand-up and more relaxed seated events, making it ideal for birthdays,
catch-ups and after-work drinks.
DOWNSTAIRS – PUBLIC BAR & DINING
The newly renovated downstairs at The Kent is a modern interpretation of the great Aussie pub; elevated, but unmistakably familiar. With a timber bar, marble benchtops, tiled floors and a mix of high and casual seating.
The adjoining dining room brings a warmer, more intimate feel — carpeted, cosy and food-led, with contemporary artwork and vintage prints setting the tone.
Screens throughout the space allow for sport and presentations, while the main public bar offers a strong selection of beers, wines and cocktails.
